What foods are good to eat after a workout??

It's best to eat about 30 minutes after exercise and make sure to drink a few cups of water afterwards because you need to replace the fluid you lost through sweat - best idea to eat fruit!

I agree a fruit before or after is good

i think it's best not to eat after a workout, eating a piece of fruit before is probably better... that's just my opinion though

What kind of training with which goal? There isnt a good answer for just 'training'.

Well....after a good intense workout if your bodybuilding that hour is called the golden hour that's when it's best to eat and drink as many proteins that you would normally need.your body is searching for proteins to heal the muscle and bigger depending what you want.
