Whos with me??? my stomach is sorta flat. I wanna tone it up though and really push myself to get fast results. I need motivation so lets accomplish this goal as a team. Whos with me???

I'm in!! We have to prepare our bodies for the summer!! What do you have in mind?

Begin with warm ups for each workout then do 1:30 minutes of planks, russian twists, split abs, bicycle crunches, squats, burpees, hip raises, and scissor kicks. Just alot of abs workouts and to try to run at least 1 mile a day.

I run 2'50 miles each 2 days, and i've started today with this app working my abds 30 min the plan is on my profile, It is good, a bit hard but good

Yea its good, but it takes patience to do them and to see results and i hate waiting lol. I need motivation cause i do these workouts myself. When i go running with my sister, we usually run a little more than 3 miles and do some ab workouts but she doesnt have time to always do that with me so im gonna start my own routine and try to stick with it
