I have 16 days until my prom and i need help!!! I want to target my core, hips and bum, need to shape and tone..

Planks and jumping jacks and a lot of running. Small portions and only water. You can only lose up to 4 lbs without being unhealthy. Girls start losing for the prom at the beginning of the year

Im a dancer so ive always been happy with my weight and shape, its not necessarily losing weight but toning because my dress is so slim fitting. Ive not started before because of dance but ive been out for quite a few meals lately and you can tell when i wear my dress... Im on 1350 calories a day and do a workout everyday thank you!
