These exercises are good when siting..anywhere
I just figure out that these exercises called to be done "at the office" or "at work" can be done while watchign tv :) or just when siting anywhere, even while sutuding or doing homework.
That is when I do them...while I am watching tv. >.> Hey, at least I am moving! lol Then, once I am warmed up it also motivates me to then get up and do some other workouts.
Doe anyone else do the same with these so called "office" workouts or "at work" workouts?
