I honestly have got to be one of the laziest people I know. Having a lot of trouble taking that first step. I'm ADD and have never really had to workout or anything to stay trim. Ate like a monster and there was no problem. Now I'm 28 and just woke up having gained 40 pounds since Christmas. I'm 6'3" so it doesn't show too much but I'm having trouble working because the extra weight strains my lower back. Any simple workouts for my back?
The simplest would be running regularly. It uses almost every muscle of your body and so it burns many calories.
