Help. I'm 113 pounds. I'm not fat. I recently gained 18 pounds in the last year. Also gained some pretty annoying love handles. What can I do to get rid of them. I eat fast food alot because I work there. I drink alot of soda too. I know I need to cut soda out. Please give me some advise. Besides about cutting out fast food and soda. Thanks.
You really don't weigh that much, juss take great care of your body and make sure you get some exercise in. Its ok to gain weight, especially if your a teen, your body is still developing .
I'm not a teen I'm 23. I know the weight gain is healthy. I just need help losing these love handles. I'm not very active in exercising. But I walk quite a bit.
