What is the best workout routine? For any one..

Okay.. I am specifying the need here: "To avoid diseases and conditions due to sedentary lifestyle."

This is like asking 'What is the best job for every person in the world'...

Answer: there isn't! It depends on your goals and your abilities!

And the question is too open ended. Best workout routine for what? Building endurance? Strength? Muscle? Losing weight? Be a tad more specific and we can at least give ideas/opinions! :)

Too general of a question, could have been more descriptive and specific. But anyways, since you weren't specific, you could try to work on your full body, you can try my routine Full Body Push Day :)

Depending on which part of the body you would like to train, there will be different efficient routines.

Try M100's. Perform these sets fast and nonstop. This five minutes will make you or break you. 
10 burpees
10 mountain climbers (counted as 1,2,3-1; 1,2,3-2)
10 squat jumps
Repeat sets 3x
finish with 10 more burpees
