Any ideas on how to lose belly fat? What to eat and how many hours of work out? Plz help

Jumprope,burpees,moutain climbers,spirts do this routine 20sec each to the max an rest 10sec. Eat lean protein green veggies,whole grain,berries,lots of water an some healthy fats.

Morning cardio everyday as the first thing. Then workout later on in the day. 

The workout lengths really depend on what you do. If you're doing weights, at least an hour. But for no-weight workouts, the more casual, the longer it should be. Maybe 1-2 hours. The more intense, about 30-60mins.
