What good foods to eat
What good foods to eat after or before the workout?? n how often do you workOut??
I workout 5 to 7 days a week and I usually have a banana with Greek yogurt before and a protein shake or protein bar after workouts. Oh and can't forget plenty of water, very refreshing. I drink soy protein shakes by the way it by Naturade and they taste yummy. Good luck hopefully this helps
