There are many different diets out there that , when compared, actually are only as successful as you would expect of any other diet with the same calories. So, it all comes down to calories and finding whatever works for YOU. Vegetarian is a good diet to check out, as its health benefits far outshine any other diet out there.
I've been into ketogenic lately.
Paleo is my recommendation. Your energy levels will be quite high and your bf% is guaranteed to drop if you follow the steps correctly. Only thing is you get most of your energy from fats, mainly the carnivore kind. There's many websites that can explain it and its just a google search away! Good luck :)
