First step is to have your fitness goals clear... don't workout just to look good, be specific in the WHY... keeping a diary can be a good motivator on the first weeks...

Hi Isabella,  just ad Rosa said, know the reason why you want to loose weight, keep journals, be focused. One step at a time. Set short realistic goals. Also work on your diet.  Good luck dear.
