So I never really liked working out. I was always small. But I started to gain a lot of weight so I started working on Monday though Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I just gave my body rest days. But now I'm finding myself doing workouts even on my rest days. I can see a difference in my attitude and my body. If it wasn't for this app I'd still be sitting on the couch looking at magazines thinking damn I want her body. Lol
