Question if you have had a neck injury and cannot lift more than 5 pounds no arms above your head. No impact and strain. What would be a good workout program to lose weight and tone the mid-section? I'm new to this any help would be appreciated.
First of all. Best of luck for recovery. It is not easy as you stated. My advice because of the injury is to consult your physician. You do not want to agrovate the injury. Swimming will be the best option as it is no impact and a great way to stay in shape.
