I am new to this app. can someone plz help me with what should be ideal exercise routine.and the best exercise to lose weight and tone abs

I always look up any full work outs, 20 mins+. There is categories you can click too. Weight loss, muscle building, toning, etc. I always add the Full Body full work outs. You can search up Pilates, HIIT and Cardio work outs too. It's a great app. You can also download offline work outs to use where there may not be wifi (like me my garage lol)

thanks for ur advice but i jst wanted to know how oftern we need to do strenght training,cardio and Pilates if we want to lose weight and tone abs and obliques. do we need to do these exercise daily or twice in a week to get reaults

It all comes down to fitness level, what you want to achieve (goals) & level of injury risk you're willing to run.  I aim for an hour and a half every day on a three day rotation between core, strength & cardio and yoga plus walking and incidental movement.  Was doing much higher frequency of cardio and was having ongoing injuries.  Feeling best I've been & seeing best gains at this routine.  Good luck.
