The only way to lose fat is to lose weight. Diet and exercise combined will get rid of them.

try changing ur diet slightly. I cut out carbs eg. Potatoes, bread, rice and past for a week and lost 1 stone.
Ur body stores fat close to where it gets used for fuel, lovingly know as the spare tyre around ur mid section.
Increase ur cardio into the fat burn zone and eat sensibly. Enjoy.

Try the "no love for love handles" workout. It's fantastic!
