I have tried with weights......any other solutions??

Love handles are part of your back. Try back excercises to help get rid of them. Also work on your obliques and stomach area also

Well i jogg for around 45 mins......alternative days

I cut out the carbs as well and saw a tremendous difference after a few weeks. No breads, chips, or cookies its hard,but you can do it, I did. ;)

The only way to lose fat is to lose weight. Diet and exercise combined will get rid of them.

Hi, 

try changing ur diet slightly. I cut out carbs eg. Potatoes, bread, rice and past for a week and lost 1 stone. 
Ur body stores fat close to where it gets used for fuel, lovingly know as the spare tyre around ur mid section. 
Increase ur cardio into the fat burn zone and eat sensibly.  Enjoy.
