It's my second day..actually i haven't completed my whole workout session for today. My body aches. I can hardly move around. Is it ok to take pain killers? 😿

Are you stretching before and after? It is really helpful...I wouldn't suggest pain killers

Totally agree with Heather. When you feel stiff/sore stretch until you don't, when stiffness/soreness returns stretch again. You can never spend too much time stretching!

Thanks! I just did beginner blastoff..i think it worked..i just need to take things 1 step at a time.. guess my muscles were shocked.. :D

Been doing warm up exercises and stretching the whole day except for plank and sit ups.. 😄
