It's my second day..actually i haven't completed my whole workout session for today. My body aches. I can hardly move around. Is it ok to take pain killers?

Are you stretching before and after? It is really helpful...I wouldn't suggest pain killers

Totally agree with Heather. When you feel stiff/sore stretch until you don't, when stiffness/soreness returns stretch again. You can never spend too much time stretching!

Thanks! I just did beginner blastoff..i think it worked..i just need to take things 1 step at a time.. guess my muscles were shocked.. :D

Been doing warm up exercises and stretching the whole day except for plank and sit ups..
