Day 2 (legs/shoulders)

Squat+lungie 4sets 10reps
Hack squat + pistol squat 4sets 10 reps
Leg extencion(one leg) + (two legs) 4sets 15/20 reps
Leg curl+dead lift 3sets 8 reps
Calf raises 10x10

Shoulders
Military press 5 sets 8-8-6-6-4
Lateral raises+front raises+arnold press 4sets 10 reps

Post workout meal 2scoops of whey protein whit strawberrys
