Strength and endurance

Hi, I do yoga, track, and martial arts. I was wondering how to get strength and endurance in about a month or two?

Strenght is gained by training with resistance. Ie weighttraining. There are plenty methods to reach a certain strenght goal. Endurance is gained by 2 things. First are cardiovascular exercises which will improve your condition and the next one is repeating movements almost endlesly. You should be a lil more specific what kind of strenght and endurance you want to build
