Working Out But Gaining Weight -_-
I am so irritated. I want to lose weight but I actually gained weight. I'm thinner but I weigh more. . .wtf!? I know, I know muscle weighs more than fat blah blah blah but I need to LOSE 10lbs. Im 5'8 140. For some odx reason I cannot lose weight!
I dont see the problem? Why would you need to lose 10? If you are looking better and living healthier then what is the problem here?
Your goal should be to lose your fat! Not just some random number of weight....
I only go by my measuring tape. Weight isn't the only definition of our health. Just calm down, at 5'8 140 is a good number anyway. If u don't want the muscle, stay away from weigthed workouts, including body weight.
If you noticing a difference in your body and you know you eating right and working out don't worry what the scale says
