Need help! Need a few tips or a new workout routine!

Ok so I have been doing this workout, Bed Time Exercise, for nearly 2 months now and see nearly no difference apart from getting a 6 pack. Thee is no difference to my arms, could anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong or link me a new workout that I could do, please keep on mind that it has to be 5-15 minutes long.

Do it 3 days a week with a break in between them.It also takes time.ive been doing weight training and ive only seem a difference now and thats beem 6months.
