Leg Day: What the hell can you do to speed up recovery from the aching legs?

Since it's my first leg day in ages, I know that my legs are going to kill like a bitch in heat. I've got School tomorrow and I cbf for the aching pains so I just want to know if there's something I can do do speed up the recovery process.

Go to gnc or vitamin world and look for arnica gel... Its for sore muscles & bruises.. Apply 3 to 4 times daily and it'll ease the burn...
