How many calories to lose weight

I want to lose 1 pound per week. Presently eating 700 calories less then my daily requirement but still my weight is constant from last 4 weeks . I am doing high impact cardio 5 times a week for approx 40 mins. Help me to lose wt.

What sort of food are you eating? Main part also is probably diet x

You need to be at a caloric deficit.. Here's a link to take you to the site where you can find out your caloric deficit http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/caloriedeficitcalculator.php  . Just stay below the amount of calories you 
Need to loose weight and exercise... Simple.. No need for high intensity cardio..if you cool with it then by all 
Means do so.. Walking for 45mins to an hour is sufficient exercise to loose weight.. So stay at a caloric 
Deficit and walk.... Eat healthy also... Goodluck

Best thing to do is consume how much u wanna weigh take in that number of cal. Example ill be taken in 1700 calories ,1900 calories will be going out. U get my drifted good luck i wish u the best an hope u have success
