New and Need workout buddies!

I just downloaded this app so im new and I need some motivation. I do hit all body parts and I on occasions I will do some power lifting but my routine is getting too repetitive and I need some new ideas. So what kind of workouts do you guys do?

I love to run, but I know that I have to change it up as well. I'm starting with my bench press and my stair stepper thingy....

I used to do a lot of weights but I don't have a gym anymore, hence this application. I do the spartan run (look it up, it's a good workout) and some 20-30 min lite weight workouts I fin on here that seem to fit my personal preference.
