Does anyone else get hives on your body and face? I don't know what causes them but sometimes when I run I get hives and they're extremely itchy and unpleasant

Hives come from an allergy to medicine or food. I, for example, am allergic to penicillin. Whenever I take it, I break into hives. Do not run when you have them. You really need to figure out the food or medicine that causes them, because the allergy may develop to where you will have a hard time breathing. Go to an allergist or the doctor.

Its definitely an allergy to something.  Keep a food and product diary then you can try to work out the trigger.
I am allergic to water,  obviously this makes sweat when working out a huge issue.
Talk to a doctor if its severe.  Antihistamines help but you may need to see a specialist.
