Does anyone have any suggestions to sticking to doing what you put your mind too ...because i can be easily swindled out of things.. and the worse person does it to me...MYSELF lol.. i finally wanna stick to exercise and losing weight...jus any help will be appreciated :)
Best way if u ask me is to either wake up early and start with casual workouts then build up w/each workout. Or just do a few moderate/intense workouts when u get bored during the day instead of watching TV or something. While working out wear a sweater/hoodie some otherwise baggie clothes could do 2 it helps burn calories&extra wieght. Try listening 2 upbeat music that u like and makes u want 2 dance so that u can focus better. Nothing better then background music2 u help start! Good Luck!!!
