Ok, I'm going to deem this my mid life crisis...lol. I always wanted to get back into shape, lose weight and be healthy but 5 kids later my focus has always been them and I literally stopped taking care of myself. Two years ago I found out I had quite a few orthopedic injuries along with some other stuff and I'm slowly climbing my way out of the dreaded downward spiral. I just want to make my self accountable and start to feel better even if its one baby step at a time. Thanks for checking this out and any advice /encouragement you might send my way.
Great but first c your doctor make sure of any problems moves that could cause more troubles. Sit down and make sure of where u headed slim maybe a bit buff it matters so u can use the right kind of training spinning can give you great cardio but not muscle which helps burns more calories when u not working out
