Yesterday I've done 29min + 20min + 12min. But I'm quite used to long, intensive exercise.
About 3 to 4 depends on which ones im doing for that day
Usually 3 or 4... Normally one 15-20 minutes one (usually cardio) and then a bunch of short hi it/tabata circuits. I like the short routines because I can squeeze them into the day much better. And with kids I don't have to worry about constantly having to quit in the middle of a longer exercise.
I do a workout of 30 min in the morning then about an hour of workout at night,
