How many of these workouts have you done back to back?

I've done two 15 minute and one 12 minute in a row, so basically 42 minutes. I don't like short workouts so I try to keep it at least 10 minutes or longer. My goal is at least 60 minutes.

How about all of you?

Yesterday I've done 29min + 20min + 12min. But I'm quite used to long, intensive exercise.

Wow those are long workouts lol. I can't wait till my I can do 60 minutes at least.

About 3 to 4 depends on which ones im doing for that day

Usually 3 or 4... Normally one 15-20 minutes one (usually cardio) and then a bunch of short hi it/tabata circuits. I like the short routines because I can squeeze them into the day much better. And with kids I don't have to worry about constantly having to quit in the middle of a longer exercise.

That's great that you're treating your body well in a tight schedule, I'm assuming lol.

I do  a workout of 30 min in the morning then about an hour of workout at night,

Nice. An hour of these workouts are pretty tough, well depending on which ones you're doing.

I do the moderate ones, it's kinda challenging lol and after my 1 hour workout I jog 3 miles

Yeah same here dude. Some of the moderates are even harder than the intensities lol. Nice. If I could run 3 miles, I'd do a bunch of 5k runs.
