Hello! For me as of now it's motivating myself to work through the early stages of workouts without seeing immediate results.

I know it will take time, but it's hard sometimes to keep reminding myself that it will take longer than I want it to see results.

It's really all a battle in the mind on how much of a workout and pushing our selves to stay positive.. I agree very difficult but with good positive ppl it can be motivating to keep going 😊

Ya for sure :) Thats always been an issue for me is to find motivation to keep going. I bought into this app so far to see if talking with other people on here and seeing their results would help me motivate myself.

Then your in the right place there's a lot of good positive ppl in here that motivate n inspire me to keep going I'm sure if u scroll down you will find a lot more 😺
