New/different 30 day challenges
Hey! So ive done the 30 day squat challenge and am finising up the 30 plank and burpee challenge now...any suggestions on what 30day challenge(s) to do next? My fitness level is moderate to intense and my goal is to drop @least 8more pounds...thanks in advance :)
