How many workouts you do in a week?

I am new here:DD

I work out 3 times a week and I do about 2-3 of the moderate workouts on here. They're pretty tough but you can't let them beat you!

I've also started the 25 a day push-ups for 30 days challenge. So about 2-3 moderates for at least 3 days and the 25 push-ups everyday.

I'm doing insanity so I workout 6 times a week

Congratulations!! And yes it's great I can already tell a difference and I haven't even got through the first month yet:)

20-30 mins a day with one day off if I can manage it

I do 1 hour of workout, then jog 3 miles, 5 days a week

4. W,Th, F and S. rest on  Sunday Monday Tuesday. Currently doing Jamie Easons 12 week live fit program and loving it!!!
