Being able to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin. The feeling of acomplishment when I reach my goals and get my dream body. To show the people who doubted me that I can do it and nothing can stop me. To prove that genetics don't dictate how your body looks. The feeling of being in control of how I look.

My body aches if I do not train so this monster just forces me, apart from this I like the feeling to be fit and agile :-)

The feeling after a workout then the soreness next day & not forgetting the results & that's when u know its so worth it you have to keep going! I am more confident & can actually put clothes on & say 'yup looking good'

I feel my day is not complete..so even if I'm a little busy I keep finding time to work out or even streching just to make my day..sometimes I feel sexy when I work out even if I'm not lol..
