How do you see yourself in the mirror?
We all look at ourselves at least one time, check hair, whatever, but how do you really see yourself? Lifting isnt all about looks, you look good when you feel good, am I right? So how confident you are when you look in the mirror reflects to your attitude in the gym, you feel ugly, too fat, too skinny, or dont think you're making progress is going to make you focus less on exercising and more on the negatives. We're all beautiful, believe it! Itll take time to get that 6 pack, toned sexy body, big arms/chest or the perfect butt, just keep telling yourself, itll be worth it, instead of, itll never happen. Motivation is key! Never lose it because you are your own coach, keep striving and in the end you'll love it!!
Each day is a new light in your life with the energy of the sun filling you to help you power through the day! Dont waste that! You never know when that energy will go away.
