I just got a blender for making smoothies and I'm looking forward to trying some recipes. Do you know any? But you can also post a workout drink or snack recipe, if you know any of them...
And I also wanna know...how often and when do you drink smoothies? (if you do)

For a protein smoothie I always make I use non fat Greek yogurt, strawberries,blueberries or a banana, crushed ice and a scoop of Whey protein powder and blend it all together. It taste amazing! I always drink it after my workout!

I mix about a third of a cup of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, a handful of any frozen berries we have in the freezer, a splash of milk, and about a tablespoon of honey. If we have any, I also mix in a tablespoon of flax seeds, and a quarter cup of protein powder.

One of my favorites are protein bluebarry icecream :D its super simple to make.

You Will need
100ml of no fat milke or skimmed milk
200g of FROZEN bluebarries (they have to be frozon or it wont get right) 
35g of choclate whey protein.

Put it all into a blender and blend :)

Eat immidietly.

Low in cals, High in antioxidants andnprotein it makes the perfect post workout snack. And Then its super super tasty :D

1 banana and either hot or cold choco drink for suggestion for cheaper than whey protein shakes

1 piece of whole wheat bread
1 tbsp peanut butter 
1 apple (cored, cut in slices) 
1 tbsp cinnamon 

Spread peanut butter over bread, place apple slices on bread. Put on baking sheet and cook for 2 minutes on broil in the oven. So now u have a a delish warm treatthen just sprinkle with cinnamon while hot!
