Weight loss platue

After losing 15lbs in 2 months my weight has platued.despite all the efforts and diet the scale is not moving from last 1 month. Need some advice and motivation on how to restart weight loss.

Weight loss is all about muscle confusion. You cant continue one exercise and expect it too constantly work. You have to switch it up. Like the major work out videos do. Like p90x ... It has you constantly changing what you are doing! Good luck... And REMEMBER... It begins in the kitchen

Thanks for ur advice. I am doing insanity workout from last 3 weeks. I have lost some inches from my waist and my body has become more defined but the weight is constant.
