Ankle Sprain. What workouts can I do?

I sprained my ankle last night when I went for a run. It was really dark and I have scrapes all over me. In fact a car almost hit me. But that's not the point. Now that I have been released, what workouts can I do. They said it could 2 weeks to heal, so I don't want to gain too much weight while I have limited mobility. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Swimming would be the best option other then that you could try upper body excersizes

I tried swimming but the kicking made it worse? Thanks though

When I was in dance I sprained my ankle in a basketball tournament but I needed it to strengthen quicker so I would write my name over and over using the foot with the sprained ankle. Swimming is also great along with several different techniques of crunches
