I sprained my ankle last night when I went for a run. It was really dark and I have scrapes all over me. In fact a car almost hit me. But that's not the point. Now that I have been released, what workouts can I do. They said it could 2 weeks to heal, so I don't want to gain too much weight while I have limited mobility. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
