I am going to Florida in a week and a half, how can I get the most toned in that small amount of time?

Eat clean everyday! Do lots of cardio about 30 min. to an hour a day and add lifting.

No processed food or junk food at all! Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, stick with whole grain/ wheat bread and rice. Stay away from cheese and butter. What I do for processed food is if their is more than 10 ingredients and if I don't know what they are then don't eat it! Reading labels help a lot.

What about just home cooked meals? That's all I eat, like corn bread and mashed potatoes.

Home cooked meals are fine just keep it healthy. I wouldn't eat corn bread if your making it from a box. Instead of potatoes I would switch it for sweet potatoes, they are much healthier.

Get a high protein diet and workout for 3 to 5 hours everyday try to get in alot of swimming

What's the best exercises to do, I cannot swim.

Walking, running, biking. Anything tht gets your heart rate up. Or even some of the cardio workouts on here will help
