I have a goal to lose 70lbs by December 20 of this year. My main reason is to surprise my boyfriend when I fly out to see him. However the problem is I can never stay motivated, I always start but the next day or so I give up. It would be nice to have someone who I can talk to and relate with through the weightlossing process so I can keep my goal. I just started the insanity workout and I'm scared I might quit this also. Please help thank you thank you!
