I've always been chuncky and I'm looking for workouts that wont strain me but that I can work up to that will help me. Also tips to keep myself motivated would be awesome.
I think most workouts in here will help you in achieving your goal as most of them are focused on cardio, repetition not on gaining muscle weight as such.
In my oppinion the best way is variety of workouts to get any boredom off from you. You can choose workout on here, I would advise you all short high intensive workouts whiches are great on fat burning and muscle protecting.
