I already workout for about 2month then gave up and now I'm gonna start working out tomorrow and I started eating clean.8 glass of water and I'm 160 right now but my goal is 130...how is yours

Thats great. Well im trying to stay focused i want to lose at least 50pounds but i lose confidence n doing it alone ia hard. Ill lose 10pounds thwn lose track n have to start all over..
