Jump start weightloss help
In the past year I had my third child and am now trying to reconnect with the former athlete I was and get my body back. I've done two 5Ks and will be doing another, and although I can tell I've gotten stronger and better, I haven't lost any weight. Looking to lose 30 lbs and was hoping someone had some tips...
most people don't know but if you replaced your drinks with water you'll slowly loss weight, you don't change what or how much you eat or how much you drink just what you drink.
