I've been doing a squat challenge for almost a week now, but i'm not sure if i'm doing them right, should I be feeling "the burn"?

Yes you're supposed to feel the burn.
Try increasing the reps

How many are you doing? With no weight squats, you should do more.

I started out with fifty and I increase by five everyday

That's a good amount. Maybe throw in 5 pounders or something? Not sure.
