Going to be a cheerleader- help?

I'm going to tryout for cheer and since I'm new to this, post any tips about tumbling, dance, chants, etc... Anything rly that I should keep in mind for tryouts and I do make the team. Thanks!

You should stretch a lot, and do core workouts they help with jumps. Also for chants I used to run and do them it builds up your lungs or something, but it helps to become louder and your aren't as breathless. Hope that helps a little

I was about to try it and I was nervous so I couldn't do it so my tip is sty confident and don't get scared sign up with a friend!
