Hey guys! Little tip.
Hey everyone! I haven't been on here in awhile, so just wanted to update and share something I've found that helps me. I haven't been doing my workouts on here but I've been working out at the gym and eating right. I'm one of those people who has a hard time eating healthy. I've found that getting rid of all the junk in my home and keeping only healthy food has been good. When I do eat something that is not super healthy, because hey, it happens...I just serve myself a smaller portion than usual. One last thing, when I find myself craving candy or sweets, I eat a banana or any other good snack and lots of water or I just start working out to distract myself. And the main thing is I always keep my goal in mind.
