If your plateauing always be sure to eat breakfast every morning and drink at least eight ounces of water when you wake up. The water kick starts your internal organs and gets your system moving. Just some helpful advice.

Your most welcome. People need to realize that our systems slow down when we sleep. Its our job to kick start it when we get up. Thats where water and breakfast comes in.

I read that your metabolism is only running about 44 percent until you kick start it with a light breakfast... So it really is the most important meal of the day. I absolutely love cereal, but tend to do better on 2 scrambled eggs. Those carbs tend to make me crash about 10am..... Hmmm.... I can't wait for God to create an egg that tastes like Honey Bunches of Oats!... Now that would be awesome. Lol.
