Not everyone is a fan of it, but cardio is best for burning fat. The key to "enjoying" it is to get creative. It isn't just about running. I mix mine up constantly. Long runs, short fast paced runs, ruck marches, ruck runs, hiking, fast paced walking, HIIT. There also exercises that help with cardio such mountain climbers, jumping jacks, squat thrusts, burpees, etc...get creative and your workouts won't become old and stale and you'll get your results. Diet is important as well. I recommend myfitnesspal. Great app.
