I am 25, 5 foot 5 and supposedly at my ideal weight 140 lbs. I am however a mom and have the dreaded "mom" belly. I've worked out for month's but haven't noticed a difference so I start to lose motivation. Plus after working all day, cooking dinner, cleaning house and getting the little one ready for bed I feel drained. Any ideas how to keep motivated and also any ideas on how to tone the tummy?
