Lots of things don't workout 2 hrs before bed watch your caffeine don't have heavy meal before bed maybe just bowl of cereal 1 hour before bedtime find something that relax u read/music dim lights 1 hour before u head for bed bedrooms cool dark and quit
I always find that yoga really helps relax the mind and body to get to sleep. I would suggest a warm non-caffeinated drink to ease yourself into a peaceful state of mind. If all else fails a late night run and some simple pushing everything out of your mind can be largely beneficial. (:
You have too much on your mind if you are tired and cant sleep- just like me!
Try to clear all of that stuff out of your head before bedtime, do something that makes you forgot all your worries or troubles and try to get yourself physically tired during the day- even if you're already tired. It helps!
