Everybody talking about loosing weight, what about the opposite? Any advices about how to gain some extra pound of healthy muscles?

Chocolate milk after a workout... or you could use higher weight durimg your exercises.

I am gaining pounds and still is. I drink proteins shake before I workout. Just make sure its 20g of proteins.
