Well, 4 me, its him that makes me.motivated :-)
I set myself a schedule, I must to this on this day, and I must do that on that day and so forth. So yeah I plan in advanced.
My motivation is the confidence & self esteem I want more than ever. This app is honestly one of the best motivational tools for me as well!
Well what helps me and give me motivation is a combination of different things not only music but before and after photos remember is why I would need to lose the weight in the first place and what also helps is thinking about how your life would be different when you do reach your goals :)
