I set myself a schedule, I must to this on this day, and I must do that on that day and so forth. So yeah I plan in advanced.

Tried it but yet my life seems to have Suprise agenda like all the time, in conclusion, my schedule didnt turn out the way I want to to be followed

My motivation is the confidence & self esteem I want more than ever. This app is honestly one of the best motivational tools for me as well!

Well what helps me and give me motivation is a combination of different things not only music but before and after photos remember is why I would need to lose the weight in the first place and what also helps is thinking about how your life would be different when you do reach your goals :)

No man. A lot of day im felling down. Dont eat too much sugar and carbohydrates they put you down. And for example when I'm tired...I use to think that somebody want to attack my daughter and I need to run ...or I use to think that I'm a rugby player. It is like when you do sex...you must use your imagination. ..hahaha...remember know your limits is something great. ...
