I am 160 pounds I want to be 100-110

The best thing is, you're young!! Eat healthy, exercise regularly, and before you know it the weight will be falling off you. The best advice I can give you though.. Enjoy your childhood while you can. There's only one time of your life when you can eat anything and everything and it will do minimal damage. Eat in moderation, but make sure you treat yourself too
